Our Mission
We are students looking to develop an on-campus multifaith community that advocates for students on faith-based issues, develops programming that inspires dialogue and education, and ultimately connects students across all faith traditions.
Our Activities
We hold events just about every week. These events include:
Discussions
Each of our discussions is centered around a theme found across traditions. Enjoy delicious food and join in fascinating conversations. You'll discover things about other traditions, as well as your own, that you would never have thought to google.
Council Meetings
Once a month we hold meetings with leaders from student groups representing the diverse religious and spiritual heritage of our campus. These meetings create community among student groups and offer an opportunity to network .
The Multifaith Student Council has a position on the Student Affairs Student Advisory Board. The monthly council meetings we hold provide an opportunity for students to discuss issues affecting their groups and suggest ways in which Student Affairs can work to make our campus a more supportive place for students of all beliefs.
Experiential Events
What would it be like to keep kosher? Wear a hijab? Celebrate Naw-Rúz? Once a month we bring you an event designed to experience the world through the lens of a different religious or spiritual tradition.
Service Event
What better way to create a sense of community than by working together as people of all beliefs to make a positive impact in our community?
